Despite all the ups and downs of business, we put reducing environmental pollution and being friendly to nature above all values. Because we care about the consequences of our (and your) activities.
When consumers return clothes to businesses, many people would think that these clothes can be resold, recycled or passed on to someone who would benefit from them, but the reality is grim. Not unpleasant, but just terrible (they are immediately thrown away or sometimes recycled).
Each Nora-Gee garment is hand-stitched after receiving the order and ironed before delivery. Due to the high cost of the product and our conscience against nature, we cannot act according to any of the terrible scenarios, so we return the garment back to the trade, where the garment will wait for another buyer, that is, we go the most difficult and expensive way, but we sleep at night with a clear conscience.

A user who decides to return a product that does not meet expectations, or who decides to cancel the purchase contract, must notify firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days at the latest, or submit a properly completed sample contract form (Article 6.228, Paragraph 6 of the Civil Code) and, immediately, but no later than within 14 days from the date of cancellation of the contract, you must send the goods to the address: Verkių 35, Vilnius LT-09109, +37065628929 (be sure to give the courier a note: First staircase to the left of Gero gar. 3rd Floor.).
Returned items must be in the same condition as received. Not stained, no signs of wear. The fact of returned soiled or obviously used goods will be recorded and Nora - Gee reserves the right to collect data on misuse of goods.
The costs of returning the goods are borne by the user.
Changing the product is different
The fastest way to do this is to return the wrong product and re-order the desired new product.
Refunds for goods
The money for the returned goods/shipment will be transferred to the same account from which the payment was made within a period of 14 days from the date of cancellation.
Right to appeal
You can submit a request/complaint regarding goods or services purchased in an online store to the state consumer rights protection service (Vilniaus st. 25, 01402 Vilnius, e-mail email@example.com, phone 8 5 262 67 51, website wvv.vvtat. lt (also for territorial units of the State Consumer Rights Protection Council in counties) - whether to fill out the application form on the EGS platform http://ec.europa.eu/odr/ or in the Consumer Rights Information System (VTIS).
What if I received a defective product?
Be sure to notify us of the defective item you received, quoting the order number. Be sure to attach photos and provide a detailed description and we will do our best to replace the defective item with a new one.
