  • 1. Is there a chance to try on the clothes?

    Yes! Our doors are open at Kareiviai St. 19-146, Vilnius LT-09133 (54.718898, 25.301859), II floor (park your car near Rimi); (The highest building at the crossroads of Kareiviai/Žirmūnai St.). Come in and take a look around. There are all the possibilities to try on the garments - even two fitting rooms are ready for it :)


    Reception time: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays: 15:00-19:00. Admission time can be further specified on Facebook.


    Please note that you can only pay in cash at the studio.


    2. How much does the shipping cost?

    Shipping cost to Lithuania: 2,50 EUR for the orders up to 65 EUR. Orders above 65 EUR will be delivered free of charge.

    Shipping cost to Latvia, Estonia: 4 EUR for the orders up to 100 EUR. Orders above 100 EUR will be delivered free of charge.

    Shipping cost to Poland: 6 EUR for the orders up to 200 EUR. Orders above 200 EUR will be delivered free of charge. 

    Shipping cost to Germany: 6 EUR for the orders up to 150 EUR. Orders above 150 EUR will be delivered free of charge.

    3. Is it possible to return/exchange the garment if it did not fit or I didn’t like it?

    If, however, the garment does not fit or does not suit you, we have created the most convenient conditions for return/exchange as possible. You will not need to bring clothes anywhere, just send us a message and we will call a courier who will take the garment directly from your home or office.     Attention: Returns can only be made through a courier – directly from your home/office and to your home/office (not by post).

    4. I want to return an item, what should I do?

    Then send us a message (on Facebook or email info@nora-gee.com) telling us that you want to return an item and we will send you a courier to take it from your home/office. Put the item in the same box, and if you lost it, put it into another regularly shaped box. Upon the arrival of the courier, you will give the item to him, and the refund fee (2,50 EUR for Lithuania customers and 4 Eur for Latvia, Estonia customers and 6 Eur for Poland customers) we will deduct from the refunded sum.

    5. I want to exchange the garment, what should I do?

    Then send us a message (on Facebook or email info@nora-gee.com) telling us to which other item you want the original item to be exchanged to, so that we could set it aside for you and also you are required to pay the exchange fee (2,50 EUR for Lithuania customers and 4 Eur for Latvia, Estonia customers and 6 Eur for Poland anr Germany customers)
    Then let us know about the payment you made or we will just see it in the banks system.
    And then we will send you a new garment, the one you want to return must be given to the same courier at the arrival of your new item. Put the exchangeable item in the same box, and if you lost it, put it into another regularly shaped box.

    6. I want to buy a garment, what should I do?
    Then:

    You just have to add it to the basket (by choosing the size) and enter what you are asked for: name, phone, shipping address…
    You can choose payment methods: *payment by transfer (orders are sent after payment) or *cash payment to the courier at the time of the delivery.

    7. I would like to buy a garment, but I would like to change some details (I want a dress, sleeves longer, in other color, etc.).

    We sell only premade models according to standard sizes. We do not sow individual orders. We also do not modify or change the details of the garment (do not lengthen, do not shorten).

    8. I can’t decide what size to choose.

    You should choose the right size to you according to the following table: https://www.nora-gee.com/en/sizes-guide 
    If you still have doubts about sizes:
    A) Remember what size you usually choose when shopping;
    B) Take into account of whether you like to wear more form fitted or more loose clothing (this will help you decide if you are looking for a larger or smaller size because you are approximately "in the middle" of two sizes);
    C) Pay attention to the specifics of the garment (let’s say, it is snug from the top, and the bottom is flared, if you cannot decide the size - choose yours more according to the measurements of the chest and torso);
    D) Pay attention to the dimensions attached to each garment (they are described below each garment);
    And finally, if you pick the wrong size – we will always exchange it:) exchange fee is  (2,50 EUR for Lithuania customers and 4 Eur for Latvia, Estonia customers and 6 Eur for Poland anr Germany customers ) You are only required to put the garment back into the box, inform us with a message via FB or e-mail, and we will send the courier who will pick the exchangeable item and give you the new one.
